fantastic stay!
train station bus route comfortable beds
this hotel is close to the train station and several bus routes. princess street gardens are within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean i loved the comfortable beds.
i found that milk was not replenished after the first day. the coffee and biscuits were restocked however. there were no phones in the room.

the hotel offers luggage storage after check out. this proved very convenient. the airport tram stops only 150m away from the hotel. this makes travel very easy.

friendly staff spacious room nice breakfast intermittent wi-fi cracked glass low water pressure
the staff were friendly. the room was spacious and the breakfast had a nice selection. i liked the location, it was easy to reach by tram and bus.
the wi-fi was intermittent. the glass in the window was badly cracked and held together with tape though the main issue was the low water pressure in the morning. the electric shower only ran cold for the first two days.

totally awesome stay
train station convenient location ground floor pleasant staff
i loved how close i was to the haymarket train station and tram stop. it was seriously just a five-minute walk i was on ground floor in a row house right next door. the staff were so pleasant it added a special touch to the whole experience
my room was on the second floor and i had to carry my luggage myself up the stairs it was a little inconvenient but i made it work the breakfast options were a little pricey for me too.

breakfast offered fresh tasty options with a super cute personality it made mornings great the bar, logan's, provided a nice spot to chill after sightseeing all day.

the room felt very clean and warm it had all the expected amenities i needed. it reminded me of a proper cozy and convenient place to unwind after exploring. the room width gave me plenty of space to move around too

I appreciated how the hotel provided its own bar. It created a relaxing atmosphere. transport links were really good making getting around simple. plus it was very walkable to get to the city center which was amazing.

Really good Stay Near City Center
great breakfast friendly staff modern bathroom
The breakfast offered a wonderful choice of hot and cold items. Staff in the breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. My room included a modern bathroom. The location was really convenient. It was close to public transportation (a tram stop was just steps away!).
The soundproofing wasn't great, so I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

The staff were very cute upon arrival and check-in was efficient. When I asked for assistance with directions, staff members provided clear and helpful information. They were really nice to ensure I had an excellent experience.

The room included a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The bed was comfortable (I slept so well!). The family room was large and well-equipped with everything you could need for a several night stay.

easy access ideal location low pressure dripping flow
The location was ideal, near Haymarket station, offering easy access to transportation.
The bathroom water pressure was low. At times, it reminded me of the water was running out. It was just a dripping flow. This made using the bathroom facilities inconvenient, actually.

great bathroom huge bed tidy room
the room had a great sized bathroom, i found that very useful. a huge bed was also available and i certainly needed it. the room was warm, tidy and very clean too.
i noticed a very slight strange smell in the toilet at times. it was not persistent, but it was there.

helpful staff easy access
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they organized breakfast according to our shifted itinerary, very useful. the location offers easy access to trains, buses and trams. a good mix of cafes and restaurants is near the area.
the shower drain did not drain properly. it created a slight inconvenience after each shower.
